This gorgeous bowl is 8inches wide by 3 inches deep. Glazed using the “frozen pond” technique, made popular by ceramicist Kathy McGuire. This dazzling glaze combination brings back memories of ice skating, winters past, and that childhood nostalgia of snow days off school.
Crafted from warm tan speckled clay, this set of mugs blends natural charm with a touch of honey-sweet whimsy. Delicate bees buzz across the surface—each one crisp, detailed, and full of personality—while honeycomb patterns wrap gently around the mugs like a nod to the busy world of the hive.
Accents of glossy yellow “honey” pool in honeycomb, adding a warm pop of color that glows against the earthy clay body. The combination of texture, pattern, and golden glaze makes each mug feel like a small celebration of nature’s hardest workers.

This bowl is a study in contrasts—in the best possible way. The exterior is wrapped in a warm bronze-copper finish, giving it the look of something unearthed from an ancient treasure hoard. Smooth, metallic, and quietly striking, it invites you to pick it up before you even see what waits inside.

Hi, I’m Jess — the hands and heart behind every piece in this studio. I’m a full-time therapist and part-time potter. At the wheel, I find the same calm and honest moments I try to help my clients find in their own lives.
Pottery became my way of slowing down, reconnecting with simple materials, and creating objects that feel grounding and honest. I love transforming raw clay into pieces that carry both function and story, and I’m grateful to share that process with you. Each piece I make is meant to be used, enjoyed, and lived with.
